GUIDE ON SERENGETI LAKE MAGADI LODGE IN TANZANIA
With impressive views of Serengeti National Park, Moru Kopjes, Mbalageti River and Lake Magadi, Serengeti Lake Magadi Lodge is a distinct safari accommodation for larger AfricanMecca groups who desire a nice balance between quality and quantity. This is a larger lodge with 60 guest rooms and every hotel-like amenities that you need for a activity-filled vacation that allows you to relax and unwind with the wilds of Tanzania at your feet.
Accommodation At Serengeti Lake Magadi LodgeThe hillside central location maximizes viewing from every inch of the property, including the private verandah that is just outside your private hideaway. No detail has been overlooked, as each guest room features air conditioning, fan, small fridge, hair dryer, mini bar, coffee and tea maker, personal safe, television and fireplace. The sleeping area features an inviting bed that is canopied with netting for a romantic ambience. The ensuite features a natural stone outdoor shower, dual indoor shower, vanity with mirror and free-standing bathtub.
You also have a charming sitting area where you hold quiet conversations, curl up with a book, update your beloved travel journal and review the photographs of African flora and fauna. Common areas include an infinity pool that melts into the horizon, BBQ area, business center with conference rooms and executive boardroom, media center, children’s play area, stations for charging electronics, television lounge, gift shop and spa. Order your favorite cocktail in the fully-stocked bar and relax in the comfort of the lounge with other guests or find a quiet corner all to yourself.
Safari At Serengeti Lake Magadi LodgeSerengeti National Park is one of the areas in Tanzania that is traversed by the Great Migration, a thundering herd of more than 1.5 million wildebeests and thousands of zebras that moves across the region in a desperate search for prime grazing and water sources, and a prime highlight in central Tanzania for your ideal wildlife tour. At Serengeti Lake Magadi Lodge, you can witness some of the movement during a morning or afternoon game drive with a guide who knows precisely where to take you to see the most amazing aspects of the event.
Your perfect trip may also include more relaxed activities to explore East Africa at your discretion, such as learning Swahili, interactive cooking, wine tasting, birdwatching, nature walks, tribal performances and tours of nearby attraction sites. Families who are traveling with children appreciate the Kiddies Club that is available at the lodge to engage young minds with various activities.
Dining At Serengeti Lake Magadi LodgeMeals are served in the dining area, featuring a delectable array of dishes and platters prepared by the chef using the freshest ingredients that are sourced locally. The chef excels at more than excellent cuisine. The location in which your meals are served can also be customized. Choose to have breakfast in bed or on your deck. A picnic lunch on the property is always a lovely idea and end your day with dinner under the twinkling stars of the dark African night sky. For a romantic holiday in a lodge setting, we recommend arranging for a candle-lit bubble bath for two, complete with wine and cheese platter, to celebrate your shared memories of Tanzania. Serengeti Lake Magadi Lodge is solar powered. Laundry services are available.

AfricanMecca's professionalism and care understands that what distinguishes Africa is its authenticity, the land, people and wildlife who do not share our world of fashion and fanfare that distinguish so many travel companies today.

We have returned from our African adventure and would like to thank you very much for your part in making this such a wonderful experience. We were lucky enough to time the Great Migration from the Serengeti, which was amazing.

EAST AFRICA SAFARI BOOKING TRIP IDEA FOR SERENGETI LAKE MAGADI LODGE IN TANZANIA
When staying at Serengeti Lake Magadi Lodge in Central Serengeti (Seronera River Wilderness), we recommend combining it with your Northern Tanzania safari to Tarangire, Lake Manyara and Ngorongoro Crater. End your trip with a Swahili cultural tour and beach holiday in Zanzibar.
You may optionally extend out to offbeat parks in Southern and Western Tanzania such as Selous, Ruaha or Katavi ending with a chimpanzee trekking safari at Gombe or Mahale by the relaxing Lake Tanganyika.
