GUIDE ON MARA ACACIA BUSH HOUSE IN KENYA
If you are looking for a homely Kenyan vacation in complete seclusion and tranquility with only your loved ones for private sapiens company and the sight of wildlife visiting the nearby watering hole then the Mara Acacia Bush House is the model Asilia accommodation for you. 74,000 sprawling acres of the glorious Mara North Conservancy encompasses you while the stealthy location of the lush Ol Chorro Losoit Valley in the green, woody environs of the Lemek Hills ensures that your stay at the bush house is reserved and individualized only for your family. Spend quality time with your household relaxing on the wide, covered patio watching animals coming to drink at the waterhole. You will only be sharing the autonomous pool with your neighboring Mara House, and they could be your only other human contact aside from the discrete Maasai staff that takes attentive care of all your needs. You will be staying in a lovely, rustic house amidst rich vegetation for the duration of your family trip in East Africa. The private house combines all the comforts of a home away from home with a large lounge-cum-dining area furnished with light, woven rugs, comfy sofas and a safari library. It also has a tiny TV nook where the children can watch their wildlife and kids DVD programs. Tree trunks are used to design the house and its furniture, lending it a quaint, pastoral appeal and with 3 bedrooms, it can accommodate up to 7 guests comfortably. The master bedroom has a capacious double bed while the other comes with twin beds. A third attic bedroom, accessible with a few steps can sleep three young AfricanMecca lodgers, and all the beds are covered with mosquito netting for their protection. Solar panels generate the power needed to light up Mara Acacia Bush House, and you can also charge your electronics in various places. The main two bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom complete with a vanity basin counter and a shower stall. They also have a sunken bath hand-built out of stone where you can soak away the soreness from your muscles in between your game drives when photo touring Masai Mara National Reserve. The house chef cooks meals for you in your private kitchen that you can have either indoors or outdoors on the patio. But as you enjoy an al-fresco breakfast one morning on your family holiday in wild Kenya, a vervet monkey might stop by looking to share a piece of your toast. You could also chance to watch a herd of elephants visits for a bathing session or a drink. If you prefer, a barbecue dinner can be set up for you beside the pool. Experience more of the warm Maasai hospitality with a visit to their authentic village where they will let you peek into their centuries-old culture. They are a stalwart race and privy to the many lesser known nuances of animal habitats and behavior. They proudly share their knowledge as you expedition travel through Masai Mara Game Reserve in a custom-equipped safari Rekero vehicle. Explore the flora, insect, reptile and amphibian life of the Mara North Conservancy on your walking safaris or take an aerial view of the land teeming with wildlife while aboard a hot air balloon. The sight of the Great Masai Mara - Serengeti Migration from the heights of the sky, as it tears across the plains during the months from July through September is a truly awesome experience, just one of the many you will have on your unforgettable trip with AfricanMecca.
