- Dunia Camp is a mid-range accommodation in Central Serengeti that offers guests a balance between quality and quantity.
- This is a small camp with only eight guest tents.
- Guest tents at the camp are large with comfortable beds and a verandah. All tents have a battery charging facility.
- Dunia Camp is managed by a team of females, representing a unique economic model for empowering local women.
- Delicious cuisine served. Outstanding, warm and friendly service by all staff members - from the guide, waitress, manager to the chef.
Things To Note When Staying At Dunia Camp
- The camp is a semi-permanent camp, and operates year round in central Serengeti - it does not move to track the migration.
- Unfenced camp; therefore, families traveling with children need to be highly attentive due to its natural setup that blends with the wilderness.
- The closest airstrip is Seronera which is 45 minutes from the camp. Offers laundry service at no extra cost.
- The camp is suited to all travelers including families with children as young as five years.
- Primary activity is day game driving with the optional balloon safari — other activities such as bush walks and village visits are not available due to the camp’s location.
