Set at deluxe Tier 2 with 13 rooms, Kinasi Lodge is located in amidst coconut and cashew nut trees and has an enchanting coastal Swahili style décor and architecture with a tinge of Persian Shirazi influence. You can choose from their eight Garden View Rooms or five Seafront Rooms. Some of the rooms have twin beds while others have double beds. En-suite bathrooms include twin washbasins, bidet, wooden cubicle shower, and should you need it, you can request for a hairdryer from the reception. AfricanMecca Safaris recommends a third category of beach tier accommodations, the value Beach Tier 3. These hotels are well-suited for the vacationer who is looking for economical, no-frills living spaces with a higher number of rooms than a Tier 2, wholesome meals, friendly service and more. The Zanzibar Stone Town tour guide was superlative. He was outstanding and gave us undivided attention. We felt that was great value and to be escorted round the market place and slave stations was like walking in a living museum.

We have returned from our African adventure and would like to thank you very much for your part in making this such a wonderful experience. We were lucky enough to time the Great Migration from the Serengeti, which was amazing.

Ras Nungwi was a beautiful property, the pristine white beach not more than forty feet from our lovely room, the Indian Ocean sublime. Raza, it was the vacation of a lifetime, again, thanks so much.

You may optionally extend out to offbeat parks in Southern and Western Tanzania such as Selous, Ruaha or Katavi ending with a chimpanzee trekking safari at Gombe or Mahale by the relaxing Lake Tanganyika.
