Tiwi Beach Resort Was Beautiful!
Our time at the beach was one of the best we have ever had and we have lived in East Africa for years! From start to finish it was great. Your responses so quickly by email way in the beginning were so helpful. Since I like doing things online it all went very smoothly. Tiwi Beach Resort was beautiful! The food was very tasty and of such a nice variety. Each night they had a different theme, i.e. Italian, Indian, International… which was very nice.
They varied the location of serving the evening meal, sometimes outside, sometimes in. We had beautiful weather. The pool was the nicest, cleanest pool I have been in on the coast. What was so nice was that the pool went from a very big pool, with a good deep end near the beach and then went back all along the property to the end, ending in another bigger, deeper pool again. So no matter where your room was – you were by the pool. I have attached two pictures, the pool one is the view from our balcony. 🙂
We enjoy snorkeling and because of the way the reefs were situated we enjoyed seeing some very interesting sea creatures. We did also take a dhow out to one of the marine parks which was just phenomenal. We had hoped to see dolphins, but the seas were too rough that day. But we enjoyed a very nice time anyway. Our room was very nice and larger than others I have stayed in – though we weren’t in it much 🙂 We did half board which worked well and has always been adequate for our family. We would highly recommend both your agency and Tiwi Beach Resort to anyone!
