AFRICANMECCA, INC BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

THIS WRITTEN CONTRACT, ALSO REFERRED TO AS BOOKING AGREEMENT, IS AVAILABLE IN ELECTRONIC FORM ON OUR WEBSITE AT ALL TIMES AND CAN ALSO BE PROVIDED TO CUSTOMER VIA POSTAL MAIL UPON REQUEST.

BOOKING AGREEMENT

THIS AGREEMENT, MADE BY AND BETWEEN

REGISTERING CUSTOMER
(INDIVIDUAL/SELF, PROGRAM ORGANIZER/TEAM LEADER ON BEHALF/PROXY OF ALL CUSTOMERS)

(HEREINAFTER “CUSTOMER”) AND AFRICANMECCA, INC., A PENNSYLVANIA BUSINESS CORPORATION WITH ITS PRINCIPAL PLACE OF BUSINESS LOCATED AT 1275 GLENLIVET DRIVE. SUITE 100, ALLENTOWN, LEHIGH COUNTY, COMMONWEALTH OF PENNSYLVANIA 18106 (HEREINAFTER “AFRICANMECCA”)

1. CUSTOMER WISHES TO TRAVEL AND TOUR IN KENYA, TANZANIA, SOUTH AFRICA, BOTSWANA, ZAMBIA, UGANDA, RWANDA, NAMIBIA AND/OR OTHER LOCATIONS IN AFRICA OR THE WORLD, AND HAS SOUGHT THE SERVICES OF AFRICANMECCA IN CONNECTION WITH BOOKING AND ARRANGING THE ITINERARY (AS THAT TERM IS DEFINED IN SECTION 11, BELOW) RELATING TO SAID TRAVEL AND TOUR; SPECIFICALLY, CUSTOMER INTENDS TO TOUR AND TRAVEL ON DATES AS PER BOOKING REQUEST VIA E-MAIL, PHONE, IN PERSON, FAX, OR ON COMPLETION OF HER RESERVATION ONLINE. AFRICANMECCA WILL SUPPLY INFORMATION IN WRITING, TELEPHONE, EMAIL, WEBSITE, FAX OR ANY OTHER MEANS; ANY ITINERARY INFORMATION SUPPLIED IN WRITING, TELEPHONE, EMAIL, FAX OR ANY MEANS, WILL FORM PART OF THIS BOOKING AGREEMENT

2. AFRICANMECCA WILL MAKE ALL ACCOMMODATION AND TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS ASSOCIATED WITH THE ITEMS LISTED IN THE ITINERARY, WHICH ITINERARY IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PRICE, SCHEDULING, ACCOMMODATIONS AND TRAVEL.

IN THE EVENT OF ANY CHANGE OR ALTERATION IN THE ITINERARY, AFRICANMECCA WILL TAKE THE FOLLOWING ACTION:

A) COMMUNICATE WITH THE CUSTOMER ABOUT ANY APPLICABLE CHANGES, WHICH WILL INCLUDE REVISED PRICES, LOGISTICS AND ITINERARY INFORMATION. IF CUSTOMER ACCEPTS ALL THESE CHANGES VERBALLY OR IN WRITING, THE REVISED PRICES, LOGISTICS AND ITINERARY WILL FORM PART OF THIS BOOKING AGREEMENT.

B) IN EVENT CUSTOMER CANNOT BE REACHED, IS NOT AVAILABLE OR DOES NOT RESPOND TO AFRICANMECCA’S COMMUNICATION, IN GOOD EFFORTS, AFRICANMECCA WILL ORGANIZE AN EQUIVALENT OR SUPERIOR ITINERARY TO AVOID UNAVAILABILITY OF A TOUR UPON ARRIVAL.

3. THE ENTIRE PRICE OF THE ITINERARY SHALL BE PAID BY CUSTOMER TO AFRICANMECCA NO LESS THAN SEVENTY (70) DAYS (TEN WEEKS) – PRIOR TO THE INITIAL DAY OF DEPARTURE BY CUSTOMER FROM THE COUNTRY OF ORIGIN, PROVIDED THAT IF AFRICANMECCA RECEIVES CUSTOMER’S INITIAL ITINERARY REQUEST WITHIN SUCH SEVENTY (70) DAY PERIOD (TEN WEEKS) -, CUSTOMER SHALL TENDER FULL PAYMENT OF THE PRICE TO AFRICANMECCA UPON AFRICANMECCA’S RECEIPT OF SUCH ITINERARY. FOR PURPOSES OF THIS AGREEMENT, AFRICANMECCA’S RECEIPT OF ANY REQUEST FOR ITINERARY OR CANCELLATION OR MODIFICATION OF ANY PORTION OF THE ITINERARY BY CUSTOMER SHALL NOT BE DEEMED AS RECEIVED BY AFRICANMECCA UNTIL ACTUAL PHYSICAL RECEIPT OF SAME BY AFRICANMECCA. IN THE EVENT THAT CUSTOMER FAILS TO TENDER THE PRICE OF THE ITINERARY TO AFRICANMECCA WHEN DUE, AFRICANMECCA RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL SUCH ITINERARY WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE TO CUSTOMER, AND FURTHER, CUSTOMER SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ACTUAL COSTS INCURRED BY AFRICANMECCA RELATING TO SUCH CANCELLATION IN THE NATURE OF HOTEL, TRANSPORTATION, OR PARK EXCURSION FEES. IN THE EVENT THAT CUSTOMER CANCELS HIS/HER/THEIR ITINERARY SUBSEQUENT TO A TIMELY TENDER OF THE FULL PRICE OF THE ITINERARY TO AFRICANMECCA, AFRICANMECCA RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHARGE CUSTOMER WITH THE A CANCELLATION FEES IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE FOLLOWING:

A) WHEN A FORTY (40%) PERCENT PAYMENT HAS BEEN MADE TOWARDS THE PRICE OF THE ITINERARY, AND IF CANCELLATION IS MADE BY THE CUSTOMER ON OR PRIOR TO SEVENTY ONE (71) DAYS FROM THE DATE OF THE CUSTOMER’S INITIAL DEPARTURE FROM THE COUNTRY OF ORIGIN, CUSTOMER SHALL BE CHARGED WITH A FEE EQUIVALENT TO FORTY (40%) PERCENT OF THE PRICE OF THE ITINERARY;

B) WHEN A ONE HUNDRED (100%) PERCENT PAYMENT HAS BEEN MADE TOWARDS THE PRICE OF THE ITINERARY, AND IF CANCELLATION IS MADE BY THE CUSTOMER ON OR PRIOR TO SEVENTY ONE (71) DAYS FROM THE DATE OF THE CUSTOMER’S INITIAL DEPARTURE FROM THE COUNTRY OF ORIGIN, CUSTOMER SHALL BE CHARGED WITH A FEE EQUIVALENT TO ONE HUNDRED (100%) PERCENT OF THE PRICE OF THE ITINERARY;

C) IF CANCELLATION IS MADE BY THE CUSTOMER WITHIN SEVENTY (70) DAYS PRIOR TO THE DATE OF CUSTOMER’S INITIAL DEPARTURE FROM THE COUNTRY OF ORIGIN, CUSTOMER SHALL BE CHARGED WITH A FEE EQUIVALENT TO ONE HUNDRED (100%) PERCENT OF THE COST OF THE ITINERARY.

ALL CHARGES IMPOSED UPON THE CUSTOMER SHALL NOT INCLUDE ANY RESPECTIVE HOTEL (LODGES, CAMPS, RESORTS & ANY ROOMING ACCOMMODATION), TRANSPORTATION, EXCURSION, PARK FEES, PERMITS OR ANY ITINERARY TOUR SERVICE CANCELLATION FEES, AND SUCH CHARGES INCLUDING CREDIT CARD/BANK WIRE TRANSFER SURCHARGES SHALL BE DEEMED AS ADDITIONAL CANCELLATION FEES UP TO 100%.

TRANSFER OF BOOKING IS NOT PERMITTED OR POSSIBLE.

AFRICANMECCA SHALL NOT BE OBLIGATED OR REQUIRED TO TENDER ANY INTEREST ON ANY MONIES PAID BY CUSTOMER TO AFRICANMECCA IN CONNECTION WITH THE PRICE OF THE ITINERARY, AND CUSTOMER HEREIN EXPRESSLY WAIVES ANY CLAIM TO RECOVERY OF SAME FROM AFRICANMECCA.

TRAVEL INSURANCE IS NOT INCLUDED IN COST OF ANY AFRICANMECCA TOUR. CUSTOMER IS REQUIRED TO PURCHASE TRAVEL INSURANCE WHEN BOOKING ANY TOUR WITH AFRICANMECCA. THE CUSTOMER FULLY AGREES THAT THE TRAVEL INSURANCE PURCHASED AT A MINIMUM MUST COVER THE CUSTOMER BEFORE THE START OF THE TOURON ROUTE OR DURING THE TOUR FOR ALL THE FOLLOWING UNFORESEEABLE ITEMS:

I. TRIP CANCELLATION
II. TRIP INTERRUPTION/CURTAILMENT
III. MISSED CONNECTION
IV. TRIP DELAY
V. BAGGAGE & PERSONAL EFFECTS
VI. BAGGAGE DELAY
VII. FINANCIAL DEFAULT
VIII. TERRORISM
IX. EMERGENCY ACCIDENT & SICKNESS MEDICAL EXPENSE
X. EMERGENCY EVACUATION, MEDICALLY NECESSARY REPATRIATION AND REPATRIATION OF REMAINS
XI. ACCIDENTAL DEATH & DISMEMBERMENT
XII. MEDICAL ASSISTANCE
XIII. ID/PASSPORT THEFT ASSISTANCE
XIV. CANCEL FOR ANY REASON (CFAR) WITH MAXIMUM/HIGHEST ALLOWABLE REFUND

CUSTOMER AGREES TO ASSUME THE RISK OF ANY INJURY OR MISHAP, INCLUDING FAILURE TO OBTAIN ADEQUATE MEDICAL SERVICES, TO EVACUATE OR SUPPLY MEDICAL TREATMENT, EVACUATION OR ANY OTHER EMERGENCY SERVICES THAT MAY BE REQUIRED. SHOULD CUSTOMER ELECT NOT TO EFFECT SUITABLE TRAVEL INSURANCE COVER DESPITE THIS ADVICE, THEN CUSTOMER UNDERTAKES ON BEHALF OF THEM SELF AND ALL MEMBERS OF THEIR PARTY TO INDEMNIFY BOTH AFRICANMECCA AND OUR GROUND AGENTS AND REPRESENTATIVES (AS APPLICABLE) FOR ANY COSTS THAT ARISE WHICH WOULD OTHERWISE HAVE BEEN MET HAD SUCH INSURANCE COVER BEEN TAKEN OUT.

AFRICANMECCA HIGHLY RECOMMENDS CUSTOMER PURCHASE TRAVEL INSURANCE FROM A REPUTABLE & RELIABLE COMPANY. IF REASONS FOR CANCELLATION ARE COVERED UNDER INSURANCE POLICY TERMS, CUSTOMER MAY BE ABLE TO RECLAIM THE CANCELLATION COSTS. CUSTOMER IS URGED TO READ TERMS OF CONDITIONS AND POLICY IN FULL BEFORE PURCHASING TRAVEL INSURANCE. CUSTOMER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ADVISING AFRICANMECCA ON THE INSURANCE POLICY SELECTED. CUSTOMER MAY ALSO EMAIL/FAX COPIES OF THEIR TRAVEL POLICY FOR THEIR CONVENIENCE AND SAFE KEEPING DURING THE DURATION OF THEIR TOUR WITH AFRICANMECCA.

AMENDING OR CHANGING ANY ITINERARY AFTER A RESERVATION HAS BEEN RECEIVED BY AFRICANMECCA WILL CONSTITUTE A CANCELLATION AND WILL BE SUBJECT TO THE CANCELLATION CHARGES SET OUT IN 3 ABOVE. ANY AMENDMENT WILL REQUIRE A REBOOKING SERVICE FEE OF US $50. AFRICANMECCA WILL MAKE EVERY GOOD FAITH EFFORT TO NEGOTIATE OR RECLAIM AS MUCH MONIES AS POSSIBLE FROM SERVICE PROVIDERS EITHER BY REFUND, AND/OR MODIFICATION OR POSTPONEMENT OF SERVICES TO A LATER DATE.

4. TENDER OF REQUESTS, REFUNDS AND PRICE

AS NOTED ABOVE, ALL REQUESTS AND MONIES TENDERED TO AFRICANMECCA BY CUSTOMER SHALL NOT DEEMED RECEIVED BY AFRICANMECCA UNTIL ACTUAL PHYSICAL RECEIPT OF SAME BY AFRICANMECCA. HOWEVER, CUSTOMER MAY UTILIZE ANY REASONABLE METHOD OF WRITTEN OR ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATION IN ORDER TO TENDER ANY SUCH REQUESTS AND PRICE TO AFRICANMECCA, AND IN THE EVENT OF ANY SUCH REQUEST AND/OR MONIES, CUSTOMER SHALL BE OBLIGATED TO RETAIN PROOF OF RECEIPT OF SAME BY AFRICANMECCA, AND FAILURE TO RETAIN SAME SHALL BE DEEMED AS AN EXPRESS WAIVER BY CUSTOMER OF ITS RIGHT TO FORMALLY OR INFORMALLY CONTEST ANY ISSUES RELATING, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OUT OF ANY SUCH TENDER OF MONIES OR REQUEST OF WHICH CUSTOMER HAS FAILED TO RETAIN PROOF OF RECEIPT OF SAME BY AFRICANMECCA.

5. MINORS

AFRICANMECCA SHALL NOT DISCUSS, NEGOTIATE, OR ACCEPT TENDER OF ANY REQUEST OR MONIES BY A MINOR, EITHER AS A CUSTOMER OR AS A REPRESENTATIVE OF CUSTOMER, AND ANY SUCH DISCUSSION, NEGOTIATION OR TENDER SHALL BE VOID, AND NOT MERELY VOIDABLE. MOREOVER, CUSTOMER MUST FULLY DISCLOSE THE NAMES, DATE OF BIRTH AND RELATIONSHIP TO CUSTOMER OF ANY AND ALL MINORS WHO WILL BE ACCOMPANYING CUSTOMER ON ANY ITINERARY, AND IRRESPECTIVE OF THE LEGAL RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN CUSTOMER AND ANY SUCH MINOR OR MINORS, CUSTOMER HEREBY ACCEPTS FULL FINANCIAL AND LEGAL RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM ANY ACTIONS OR INACTIONS OF ANY SUCH MINOR DURING THE BEGINNING AND END DATES AS STATED IN THE ITINERARY. HOWEVER, AFRICANMECCA RESERVES THE RIGHT TO PURSUE ANY AND ALL LEGAL RECOURSE IN CONNECTION WITH ANY SUCH DAMAGES CAUSED, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, BY SUCH MINOR, WHICH LEGAL RECOURSE MAY, AT THE SOLE DISCRETION OF AFRICANMECCA, INCLUDE OTHER PARTIES OTHER THAN CUSTOMER WHO ARE OTHERWISE LEGALLY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ACTIONS OR INACTIONS OF ANY SUCH MINOR.

6. ITINERARY PREPLANNING, CONFIRMATION AND CHANGES

IF YOU HAVE NEVER TRAVELED TO AFRICA AND HAVE LIMITED OR NO PERSONAL EXPERIENCES WITH DAILY WORKINGS, PLANNING, LOGISTICS AND OPERATIONS IN THE TOURISM INDUSTRY IN AFRICA, WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU SUBSCRIBE TO OUR FEE BASED PROFESSIONAL DESTINATION PLANNING SERVICES SO THAT YOU CAN RECEIVE FACTUAL, UNBIASED AND HIGHLY EXPERIENCED PLANNING SERVICES/ADVICE IN SELECTING THE RIGHT PROGRAM/ITINERARY. AFRICANMECCA WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR CUSTOMER’S OWN INDEPENDENT SELF-RESEARCH FROM ONE TIME OR LIMITED TIME TRAVELERS/GUIDE BOOKS/INTERNET, SELF MADE ASSUMPTIONS AND CONJECTURES MADE OUTSIDE OF AFRICANMECCA’S FEE BASED PROFESSIONAL DESTINATION PLANNING SERVICES.

CUSTOMER AGREES TO HAVE FULLY READ AND UNDERSTOOD AFRICANMECCA’S SAFARI, BEACH AND ACCOMMODATION TIER RATINGS. THIS IS TO MAKE ONE HUNDRED PERCENT (100%) CERTAIN CUSTOMER UNDERSTANDS THE EXPERIENCE THEY ARE BOOKING AND WILL RECEIVE.

IT IS HIGHLY UNLIKELY THAT AFRICANMECCA WILL HAVE TO MAKE ANY CHANGES TO CUSTOMER’S TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS, UNLESS FORCE MAJEURE IS ENCOUNTERED.

HOWEVER, AFRICANMECCA DOES PLAN THE ARRANGEMENTS MANY MONTHS IN ADVANCE AND RARELY, THEREFORE, IT MAY BE NECESSARY TO MAKE CHANGES AND AFRICANMECCA RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DO SO AT ANY TIME. MOST OF THESE CHANGES WILL BE MINOR AND AFRICANMECCA WILL ADVISE CUSTOMER OR CUSTOMER’S TRAVEL AGENT OF THEM IF PRACTICABLE AND TIME PERMITTING. PLEASE NOTE THAT CARRIERS, TIMINGS AND ROUTINGS GIVEN IN THE ITINERARY ARE FOR GUIDANCE ONLY AND MAY BE SUBJECT TO CHANGE. SUCH CHANGES ARE DEEMED TO BE MINOR CHANGES. OTHER EXAMPLES OF MINOR CHANGES, IF APPLICABLE, INCLUDE ALTERATION OF CUSTOMER’S OUTWARD/RETURN FLIGHTS BY LESS THAN 12 HOURS, CHANGES TO AIRCRAFT TYPE, CHANGE OF ACCOMMODATION TO ANOTHER OF THE SAME STANDARD, OR CHANGE OF AIRPORTS WITHIN THE AREA.

IF FORCE MAJEURE IS DECLARED, AFRICANMECCA RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHANGE, AMEND OR MODIFY CUSTOMERS CONFIRMED TRIP ITINERARY TO A FUTURE DATE WHEN CUSTOMER IS ABLE TO TRAVEL. ALL AND ANY PRICE DIFFERENCE, CHANGE OR/AND CANCELLATION FEES ARISING FROM SUCH REQUIRED CHANGES, AMENDMENTS OR MODIFICATION OF THE TRIP ITINERARY TO A FUTURE DATE WILL BE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER. IF CUSTOMER CHOOSES NOT TO AMEND THE ITINERARY TO A FUTURE TRAVEL DATE OR DOES NOT PROVIDE A FUTURE TRAVEL DATE TO AMEND THE ITINERARY TO, CUSTOMER SHALL BE CHARGED WITH A FEE EQUIVALENT TO ONE HUNDRED (100%) PERCENT OF THE PRICE OF THE ITINERARY.

AFRICANMECCA RESERVES THE RIGHT IN ANY CIRCUMSTANCES TO CANCEL CUSTOMER’S TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS. FOR EXAMPLE, IF THE MINIMUM NUMBER OF CUSTOMERS REQUIRED FOR A PARTICULAR GROUP TRAVEL ARRANGEMENT IS NOT REACHED SUCH AS TRAIN SERVICE TO RUN, AFRICANMECCA MAY HAVE TO CANCEL IT.

AFRICANMECCA ALSO RESERVES THE RIGHT AND FLEXIBILITY IN ANY CIRCUMSTANCE TO OPERATE CUSTOMER’S TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS IN REVERSE ORDER. FOR EXAMPLE, ACCOMMODATIONS HAVE A UNIVERSAL CONTRACTUAL CLAUSE AT THE TIME OF RESERVATION TO HAVE THE ABILITY TO RARELY RESHUFFLE ROOMING DATES TO RESOLVE ISSUES WITH OVERBOOKINGS INCURRED BY THE ACCOMMODATIONS THEMSELVES . THIS RARELY HAPPENS BUT ACCOMMODATIONS HAVE THIS SPECIFIC CLAUSE TO PROTECT THEMSELVES.

AFRICANMECCA REQUIRES CUSTOMER INVOLVEMENT. CUSTOMER IS ALSO RESPONSIBLE FOR ENSURING HIS/HER/THEIR FAMILIARITY WITH THE DETAILS OF THE ITINERARY, AND AFRICANMECCA SHALL BE HELD HARMLESS BY CUSTOMER FROM ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, CAUSES OF ACTION OR DAMAGES THAT MAY ARISE, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FROM A FAILURE OF CUSTOMER TO PROPERLY AND FULLY INQUIRE AS TO THE NATURE AND SUBSTANCE OF ANY ITEMS LISTED IN THE ITINERARY.

7. GROUND DETAILS

AFRICANMECCA WILL PROVIDE DURING THE ISSUE OF CUSTOMER’S FINAL ITINERARY, COMPLETE GROUND AGENT DETAILS INCLUDING NAMES, FIRST LINE OF CONTACTS, OFFICE LANDLINE CONTACTS, 24-HOUR CELLULAR CONTACTS.

8. OCCURRENCES DURING TOUR

WHILE AFRICANMECCA SHALL ARRANGE FOR SUCH TRANSPORTATION, FOOD, LODGING AND EXCURSIONS AS IS NECESSARY TO FULFILL THE ITINERARY, AFRICANMECCA SHALL BE HELD HARMLESS FROM ANY CLAIMS, CAUSES OF ACTION AND/OR DAMAGES SUFFERED BY CUSTOMER, AS WELL AS ANY PERSONS ACCOMPANYING CUSTOMER (INCLUDING MINORS) THAT ARISE, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FROM ANY INTENTIONAL OR NEGLIGENT ACTS OR UNSAFE CONDITIONS ENCOUNTERED BY CUSTOMER DURING THE TIME PERIOD SET FORTH IN THE ITINERARY, IRRESPECTIVE OF WHETHER SUCH DAMAGES ARE CLAIMED TO HAVE BEEN SUFFERED BY ANY SUPPLIERS.

CARRIAGE BY AIR, RAIL AND SEA ARE SUBJECT TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE CARRIERS WITH WHOM CUSTOMER IS TRAVELING AND TO INTERNATIONAL CONVENTIONS. AFRICANMECCA ACCEPTS NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER FOR CANCELLATIONS, STRIKES, TIMETABLE CHANGES, DIVERSIONS, LOST OR MISLAID LUGGAGE, OR DELAYS WHICH RESULT FROM ANY OPERATIONAL DECISION OF THE CARRIER CONCERNED.

9. OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES OF CUSTOMER

IN ADDITION TO THE ABOVE, CUSTOMER UNDERSTANDS AND AGREES:

A) THAT CUSTOMER IS SOLELY AND EXCLUSIVELY RESPONSIBLE FOR OBTAINING PROPER AND ADEQUATE INSURANCE AGAINST ALL PROPERTY DAMAGE, FINANCIAL DAMAGE OR PERSONAL INJURIES TO CUSTOMER, AS WELL AS ANY PERSONS ACCOMPANYING CUSTOMER (INCLUDING MINORS), AND THAT AFRICANMECCA SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DECISIONS ON THE PART OF CUSTOMER, AS WELL AS ANY PERSONS ACCOMPANYING CUSTOMER (INCLUDING MINORS), RELATING TO THE PURCHASE OR FAILURE TO PURCHASE ANY SUCH INSURANCE;

B) THAT CUSTOMER WILL BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR OBTAINING, SECURING AND RETAINING ALL LEGALLY NECESSARY AND/OR APPROPRIATE TRAVEL PAPERS, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PASSPORTS, VISAS, CURRENCY, TRAVELER’S CHECKS, VACCINATION REPORTS, AIRLINE TICKETS AND CLAIM TICKETS, AND THAT CUSTOMER IS SOLELY AND EXCLUSIVELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ENSURING THE COMPLETENESS, VALIDITY AND ACCEPTABLE NATURE OF ANY SUCH DOCUMENTS. RANDOM OR DIRECTED HEALTH AND WELLNESS SCREENING MEASURES MUST BE EXPECTED AND WILL APPLY BASED ON REQUIREMENTS AND ADVICE FROM GOVERNMENTS, NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL HEALTH BODIES’ EITHER AT DEPARTURE FROM COUNTRY OF ORIGIN, IN TRANSIT, ON ARRIVAL IN AFRICA, OR AT ANY POINT DURING TOUR OR TRAVEL WITHIN AFRICA. CUSTOMER WILL BE SCREENED FOR SYMPTOMS. IF REQUIRED TO SELF-ISOLATE/QUARANTINE, ALL EXPENSES SUCH AS BUT NOT LIMITED TO AIRFARE REPATRIATION, HOTEL, FOOD, HOSPITAL BILLS WILL BE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER. CUSTOMER HAS THE FULL RESPONSIBILITY OF KEEPING AN ON GOING CHECK ON THE RESPECTIVE DESTINATION CONSULAR, STATE DEPARTMENT, UK FCO, CENTERS FOR DISEASE CONTROL (CDC) WEBSITES FOR COMPLETE DETAILS NOT LIMITED TO REVISED OR LAST MINUTE VISA, UNSAFE CONDITIONS, HEALTH HAZARDS, WEATHER HAZARDS OR CLIMATE EXTREMES, HEALTH FORMALITIES, ILLNESS & SICKNESS ADVICE/POSSIBILITIES/ASSESSMENT, PRECAUTION, SAFETY RECOMMENDATIONS REQUIRED FOR THE JOURNEY AND DURATION OF STAY AS AFRICANMECCA HAS NO SPECIAL KNOWLEDGE/INSIDER INFORMATION ON DECISIONS MADE BY AND NOT LIMITED TO GOVERNMENTS AND CONSULATES, ANY DECISION MAKING ENTITIES & THEIR REPRESENTATIVES, HEALTH ORGANIZATIONS, MEDIA. FAILURE TO OBTAIN OR VERIFY ANY SUCH DOCUMENTS/REGULATIONS/TRAVEL OR HEALTH ADVICE RESULTS IN BUT NOT LIMITED TO DENIED ENTRY, DENIED BOARDING, ANY ILLNESS/SICKNESS, INTERRUPTIONS, INCONVENIENCES, ITINERARY CURTAILMENT, CUSTOMER SHALL HOLD AFRICANMECCA HARMLESS. SHOULD FINES, SURCHARGES OR OTHER FINANCIAL PENALTY BE IMPOSED UPON AFRICANMECCA THEN CUSTOMER SHALL REIMBURSE AFRICANMECCA ACCORDINGLY.

C) THAT CUSTOMER SHALL INFORM AFRICANMECCA, CONTEMPORANEOUS WITH THE EXECUTION OF THIS AGREEMENT, BUT NO LATER THAN THIRTY (30) DAYS PRIOR TO THE INITIAL COMMENCEMENT DATE SET FORTH IN THE ITINERARY, OF ANY PHYSICAL OR MENTAL DISABILITIES, OR ANY CONDITIONS THAT WOULD REQUIRE PROVIDING A SPECIAL DIET OR SPECIAL FACILITIES IN ORDER TO PROVIDE CUSTOMER WITH REASONABLE ACCOMMODATION AS TO SAME. WHILE AFRICANMECCA WILL UNDERTAKE A GOOD FAITH EFFORT TO ENSURE SUCH REASONABLE ACCOMMODATION BY ANY SERVICE PROVIDER LISTED IN THE ITINERARY, AFRICANMECCA SHALL NOT BE DEEMED TO GUARANTEE THE ADEQUACY OR COMPLETENESS OF THE ABILITY OF ANY SUCH SERVICE PROVIDER TO COMPLY WITH ANY SUCH CUSTOMER’S REQUEST, AND CUSTOMER SHALL HOLD AFRICANMECCA HARMLESS FROM ANY ACTUAL OR PERCEIVED FAILURE OF ANY SUCH SERVICE PROVIDER TO SUPPLY SUCH REASONABLE ACCOMMODATION TO CUSTOMER. FURTHER, AFRICANMECCA RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REQUEST A FORMAL WRITTEN OPINION FROM A PHYSICIAN AS TO ANY LIMITATIONS THAT MAY BE PLACED UPON A CUSTOMER’S ABILITY TO FULLY PARTICIPATE WITH ANY OR ALL OF THE ITEMS LISTED IN THE ITINERARY, AND IN THE EVENT THAT CUSTOMER INTENDS TO PARTICIPATE IN ANY OR ALL ITEMS LISTED IN THE ITINERARY TO WHICH SAID PHYSICIAN EXPRESSES RESERVATIONS OR LIMITATIONS, AFRICANMECCA RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE TO BOOK SUCH ITINERARY WITH CUSTOMER UNLESS AND UNTIL CUSTOMER EXECUTES A SEPARATE WRITTEN CONSENT (1) ACKNOWLEDGING THE LIMITATIONS PLACED UPON CUSTOMER BY WAY OF SAID PHYSICIAN’S WRITTEN OPINION; AND (2) HOLDING AFRICANMECCA HARMLESS FROM ANY INJURIES OR DAMAGES SUFFERED BY CUSTOMER INVOLVING ANY SUCH LIMITATION, WHICH HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT SHALL INCLUDE ANY INJURIES AND DAMAGES PURPORTEDLY SUFFERED BY CUSTOMER DURING TRAVEL TO AND FROM THE INITIAL PHYSICAL PLACE WHERE SAID ITINERARY IS SCHEDULED TO COMMENCE; AND (3) HOLDING AFRICANMECCA HARMLESS FROM ANY INJURIES OR DAMAGES AS A RESULT OF ANY MODIFICATIONS OR ALTERATIONS IN THE ITINERARY AT ANY TIME.

(D) COMPLAINTS – IF CUSTOMER HAS AN ISSUE DURING THEIR HOLIDAY OR TRAVEL, CUSTOMER MUST, WHILE AT THE ACCOMMODATION, INFORM THE RELEVANT PERSON IN CHARGE (EXAMPLE HOTEL MANAGER) AND GUIDE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE AND THEY WILL ENDEAVOR TO PUT THINGS RIGHT. CUSTOMER MUST ALSO COMPLETE A CUSTOMER REPORT FORM WHILE AT THE PARTICULAR ACCOMMODATION IN CONCERN. CUSTOMER MUST ALSO SIMULTANEOUSLY AND IMMEDIATELY CONTACT AFRICANMECCA BY EMAIL, PHONE OR TEXT MESSAGE TO REPORT THE ISSUE OR EMERGENCY BEING FACED. IF CUSTOMER’S COMPLAINT IS NOT RESOLVED LOCALLY, PLEASE FOLLOW IT UP WITHIN 14 DAYS OF CUSTOMER’S RETURN HOME BY WRITING TO OUR CUSTOMER SERVICES DEPARTMENT GIVING CUSTOMER BOOKING REFERENCE AND ALL OTHER RELEVANT INFORMATION. PLEASE KEEP THE COMMUNICATION CONCISE, TO THE POINT AND TYPED IF POSSIBLE. THIS WILL ASSIST AFRICANMECCA TO QUICKLY IDENTIFY CUSTOMER CONCERNS AND SPEED UP AFRICANMECCA’S RESPONSE TO CUSTOMER.

IF CUSTOMER FAILS TO REPORT ANY PROBLEMS WHILE AT THE PARTICULAR ACCOMMODATION OF CONCERN, AFRICANMECCA WILL HAVE BEEN DEPRIVED OF THE OPPORTUNITY TO INVESTIGATE AND RECTIFY CUSTOMERS COMPLAINT WHILE CUSTOMER WERE THERE AND THIS MAY AFFECT ANY RIGHTS CUSTOMER MAY OTHERWISE HAVE HAD UNDER THIS BOOKING AGREEMENT.

10. ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS AND REPRESENTATIONS OF AFRICANMECCA

IN ADDITION TO THE FOREGOING, AFRICANMECCA REPRESENTS THAT:

A) IT DOES NOT POSSESS AN OWNERSHIP INTEREST IN SERVICE PROVIDERS SUCH AS BUT NOT LIMITED TO HOTEL, LODGES & CAMPS UTILIZED IN THE ITINERARY;

B) IT DOES NOT WARRANT THE APPLICABILITY AND/OR VALIDITY OF ANY COUPONS, VOUCHERS, TRAVEL SAVINGS PLANS OR OTHER DISCOUNTS AS APPLIED TO ANY SERVICE PROVIDER LISTED OR UTILIZED IN CONNECTION WITH THE ITINERARY.

11. DEFINITIONS

UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFICALLY SET FORTH HEREIN, THE FOLLOWING TERMS ARE ASSIGNED SPECIFIC MEANINGS WITHIN THE CONTEXT OF THIS AGREEMENT:

A) ITINERARY–

(1) ARRANGEMENTS FOR TRAVEL TO AND FROM CUSTOMER’S HOTEL IN CONNECTION WITH LAUNCH TRIPS, GAMES DRIVES, SAFARIS, BALLOONING, SIGHT-SEEING, GAME BIRD WALKS, AND EXCURSIONS OF LIKE NATURE AND CHARACTER, WHICH TRAVEL SHALL INCLUDE BOTH LAND, WATER AND AIR TRANSPORTATION (CHARTER AND DOMESTIC FLIGHTS ONLY), BUT SHALL NOT INCLUDE ANY INTERNATIONAL AND/OR INTERCONTINENTAL FLIGHT OR TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS, AND FURTHER UNLESS IF INDICATED AS PART OF THE ITINERARY, SHALL NOT INCLUDE ANY TRANSPORTATION ARRANGEMENTS TO AND FROM CUSTOMER’S HOTEL UPON ARRIVAL IN OR DEPARTURE FROM THE COUNTRY OF TRAVEL, AND FURTHER, SHALL NOT INCLUDE MODES OR METHODS OF TRANSPORTATION OTHER THAN THOSE AS SPECIFICALLY SET FORTH IN THE ITINERARY;

(2) MEALS, HOTEL AND LODGING OF ANY KIND (CITY HOTELS, LODGES, CAMPS, RESORTS, BEACH HOTELS AND ANY ACCOMMODATION THAT OFFERS ROOMING); AND

(3) SIGHTSEEING TOURS, GAME BIRD WALKS, LAUNCH TRIPS, GAME DRIVES, AND OTHER LIKE EXCURSIONS.

FURTHER, THE TERM “ITINERARY” SHALL BE DEEMED TO INCLUDE ANY AND ALL MODIFICATIONS TO THE ORIGINAL ITINERARY ISSUED BY AFRICANMECCA TO CUSTOMER.

(B) PRICE–

THE COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH THE ITINERARY, QUOTED AT THE TIME OF THE ISSUANCE OF THE ITINERARY BY AFRICANMECCA, WITH THE EXCEPTION OF 1) VISA FEES; (2) AIRPORT TAXES (OTHER THAN CHARTER AND DOMESTIC FLIGHTS LISTED IN THE ITINERARY); (3) GRATUITIES OTHER THAN CUSTOMARY HOTEL SERVICE CHARGES; (4) ALL BEVERAGES (UNLESS IF INDICATED AS INCLUDED AS PART OF THE ITINERARY), ROOM SERVICE COSTS, LAUNDRY SERVICE, PAY TELEVISION SERVICES, USE OF TELEPHONE OR FACSIMILE BY CUSTOMER; (5) PARK FEES OR ENTRY FEES UNLESS IF INDICATED AS INCLUDED AS PART OF THE ITINERARY; (6) BANK OR CREDIT CARD FEES; (7) AND ANY OTHER PERSONAL CHARGES OR COSTS NOT OTHERWISE SPECIFICALLY COVERED IN THE ITINERARY. AFRICANMECCA MAY, BUT IN NO EVENT SHALL, BE OBLIGATED TO PROVIDE ANY DISCOUNT FOR ANY TENDER TOWARDS THE PRICE OF THE ITINERARY, UNLESS PRIOR WRITTEN CONSENT TO SAID DISCOUNT IS GIVEN BY AFRICANMECCA.

THE PRICE OF CUSTOMER ITINERARY WILL BE BASED ON KNOWN COSTS AND EXCHANGE RATES PREVAILING AT THE DATE OF ISSUE OF THE ITINERARY. AT ANY TIME BEFORE FULL PAYMENT HAS BEEN MADE AFRICANMECCA RESERVES THE RIGHT TO LEVY A SURCHARGE WHERE COSTS E.G. FUEL OR EXCHANGE RATES HAVE CHANGED SINCE THE DATE OF ISSUE OF THE ITINERARY.

(C) SERVICE PROVIDER–

ANY PERSON OR ENTITY PROVIDING ANY GOODS OR SERVICES DURING THE TIME PERIOD SET FORTH IN THE ITINERARY.

(D) FORCE MAJEURE–

THIS MEANS ANY SITUATION OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL SUCH AS BUT NOT LIMITED TO WAR OR THREAT OF WAR, PANDEMIC, EPIDEMIC, RIOT, INDUSTRIAL DISPUTE, TECHNICAL OR MAINTENANCE PROBLEMS WITH MEANS OF TRANSPORTATION, RESCHEDULING OR CANCELLATION OF FLIGHTS BY AN AIRLINE OR MAIN FLIGHT CHARTER, TERRORIST ACTIVITY, NATURAL OR NUCLEAR DISASTER, FIRE, ADVERSE WEATHER CONDITIONS OR OTHER UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES THAT AMOUNT TO FORCE MAJEURE.

12. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

THIS AGREEMENT IS THE ENTIRE AGREEMENT BETWEEN CUSTOMER AND AFRICANMECCA, AND ANY ADDITIONS, REVISIONS, AMENDMENTS OR DELETIONS TO THIS AGREEMENT ARE OF NO FORCE OR EFFECT UNLESS AND UNTIL ANY SUCH ADDITIONS, REVISIONS, AMENDMENTS OR DELETIONS, AS THE CASE MAY BE, ARE REDUCED TO WRITING AND SIGNED, OR ELECTRONICALLY REGISTERED AND NAME SIGNED BY THE PARTIES TO THIS AGREEMENT.

13. CONSTRUCTION

IN THIS AGREEMENT, THE FOLLOWING SHALL BE DEEMED AS GOVERNING THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE LANGUAGE UTILIZED IN THIS AGREEMENT:

A)THE MASCULINE SHALL BE DEEMED TO INCLUDE THE FEMININE, THE FEMININE SHALL BE DEEMED TO INCLUDE THE MASCULINE, AND THE NEUTRAL SHALL BE DEEMED TO INCLUDE BOTH THE MASCULINE AND FEMININE.

B)THE HEADINGS AND SUB-HEADINGS IN THIS AGREEMENT ARE FOR EASE OF REFERENCE AND GENERAL DESCRIPTIVE PURPOSES ONLY, AND ARE NOT TO BE DEEMED AS LEGALLY CONTROLLING THE LANGUAGE CONTAINED WITHIN THE BODY OF THIS AGREEMENT.

(C)THE PLURAL SHALL INCLUDE THE SINGULAR, AND THE SINGULAR SHALL INCLUDE THE PLURAL.

14. ASSIGNABILITY OF AGREEMENT

THIS AGREEMENT MAY NOT BE ASSIGNED BY EITHER PARTY WITHOUT EXPRESS WRITTEN CONSENT OF THE PARTIES TO THIS AGREEMENT, AS WELL AS ANY AND ALL ASSIGNEE(S) THERETO.

15. SITUS OF AGREEMENT

THE SITUS OF THIS AGREEMENT, FOR PURPOSE OF LITIGATING ANY CLAIMS FOR DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THIS AGREEMENT, SHALL BE ALLENTOWN, LEHIGH COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA, AND THE COURT OF COMPETENT JURISDICTION TO RESOLVE ANY AND ALL SUCH DISPUTES SHALL BE THE COURT OF COMMON PLEAS OF LEHIGH COUNTY, COMMONWEALTH OF PENNSYLVANIA.

16. PAYMENTS BY CUSTOMER

CUSTOMER MAY PAY ANY MONIES DUE AND OWING UNDER THIS AGREEMENT TO AFRICANMECCA BY WAY OF CASH, CHECK (CERTIFIED OR PERSONAL), WIRE/BANK TRANSFERS OR CREDIT CARD ACCEPTABLE TO AFRICANMECCA. PAYMENT TERMS INCLUDE FOLLOWING CRITERIA:

PAYMENTS CAN ONLY BE MADE IN USD $ EITHER BY CASH, CHECK (CERTIFIED OR PERSONAL), WIRE/BANK TRANSFERS OR CREDIT CARD.

IN THE EVENT THAT ANY SUCH PAYMENT IS NOT PROPERLY HONORED BY A FINANCIAL INSTITUTION, SUCH A FAILURE TO HONOR SUCH PAYMENT SHALL SERVE, IN THE SOLE DISCRETION OF AFRICANMECCA, AS A COMPLETE AND IMMEDIATE TERMINATION OF ANY AND ALL AFRICANMECCA’S OBLIGATIONS UNDER THIS AGREEMENT, AND FURTHER, SHALL SERVE TO COMPLETELY, FULLY AND PERMANENTLY RELEASE AFRICANMECCA FROM ANY ACTUAL OR POTENTIAL CLAIMS, DAMAGES OR CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF SUCH AGREEMENT.

17. ACCOMMODATIONS & LAND TRAVEL STANDARDS

AFRICANMECCA OFFERS CUSTOMERS ONE OF A KIND PICTURES AND ORIGINAL VIDEOS PHOTOGRAPHED AND FILMED AT THE RESPECTIVE ACCOMMODATIONS FOR CREATING THE BEST AND MOST ACCURATE TOUR EXPERIENCE.

CUSTOMERS ARE ALSO URGED TO CONSIDER THE OBVIOUS FACT THAT WHEN COMPARING ACCOMMODATION STANDARDS IN EAST AFRICA OR GREATER AFRICA TO INTERNATIONAL STANDARDS, THAT CUSTOMERS CONSIDER THAT THE OFFERINGS OF THESE SERVICES ARE BEING PROVIDED IN A DEVELOPING COUNTRY, ACCUSTOMED TO VARIED AND CONTRASTING CULTURAL PRACTICES AND TRADITIONS, MORE THAN LIKELY VERY DIFFERENT FROM THAN THOSE OF THE CUSTOMER.

CUSTOMER FULLY AGREES & UNDERSTANDS THAT THE TOURS AND TRAVEL ARE OFFERED IN DEVELOPING COUNTRIES IN AFRICA. THE CONDITIONS OF LAND TRAVEL THAT THE CUSTOMER WILL ENCOUNTER  ARE SAFARI STYLE DUSTY, ROUGH, BUMPY, GRAVEL, UNPAVED, MUDDY, UNTARMACED ROADS IN THE PARKS AS WELL AS TRAVELING BETWEEN AND IN THE TOWNS, CITIES, PARKS, OR LOCATIONS. WITH SUCH TRAVEL CONDITIONS AND IN ADHERENCE TO OFFICIALLY MANDATED SPEED LIMITS, CUSTOMER:

[A] CAN ENCOUNTER DELAYS ABOVE AVERAGE TRAVEL TIMES, WHICH ARE BEYOND OUR CONTROL.

[B] CAN EXPERIENCE PERSONAL PHYSICAL INCONVENIENCES LIKE DUST ALLERGY, BACK PAIN, FATIGUE. CUSTOMER CAN REDUCE BUT NOT ELIMINATE THESE PERSONAL PHYSICAL INCONVENIENCES BY CHOOSING TO LIMIT TRAVEL BY ROAD AND SELECT AIR TRAVEL AT ALL TIMES.

18. GLOBAL TRAVEL ADVISORIES

AFRICANMECCA’S SERVICES AND OFFERINGS ARE NOT AFFECTED BY GLOBAL TRAVEL ADVISORIES IN THE DESTINATIONS WHERE WE OFFER OUR SERVICES. ALL OUR SERVICES CONTINUE TO BE PROVIDED AS PER BOOKING AGREEMENT AND ITINERARY CONFIRMATION. WE HAVE NO SPECIAL KNOWLEDGE REGARDING ANY GOVERNMENTS DECISIONS TO IMPOSE ANY TRAVEL ADVISORIES NEITHER IS AFRICANMECCA ABLE TO PREDICT ANY FUTURE TRAVEL ADVISORIES.

CUSTOMER HAS THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF REVIEWING AND ACCEPTING ANY TRAVEL ADVISORIES IN PLACE BY CONTACTING THEIR RESPECTIVE GOVERNING BODIES IN THEIR RESPECTIVE COUNTRIES. CUSTOMER MUST PURCHASE ADEQUATE AND COMPREHENSIVE TRAVEL AND CANCELLATION INSURANCE COVERAGE TO PROTECT THEMSELVES DURING THEIR VISIT. SHOULD A TRAVEL ADVISORY COME INTO EFFECT AFTER PURCHASE OF AN ITINERARY/TOUR AND CUSTOMER DECIDES TO CANCEL THEIR TOUR/ITINERARY AT THEIR OWN WILL AND/OR OUT OF NECESSITY AS ULTIMATELY DETERMINED BY CUSTOMER, THE TRAVEL AND CANCELLATION INSURANCE PURCHASED BY CUSTOMER MUST BE ABLE TO PROVIDE THE NECESSARY PAYMENT PROTECTIONS TO THE CUSTOMER FOR THE CONFIRMED TOUR/ITINERARY IN PLACE.

19. RELATED INFORMATION SECTION

(REGISTERING CUSTOMER, PROGRAM ORGANIZER/TEAM LEADER ON BEHALF/PROXY OF ALL CUSTOMERS HEREINAFTER REFERRED TO AS “I” FOR RELATED INFORMATION SECTION)

UNDERSTANDING OF GLOBAL AND AFRICA TRAVEL RISK

IN CONSIDERATION OF BEING ACCEPTED FOR THE TOUR THAT I AM PARTICIPATING IN UNDER THE AUSPICES OF AFRICANMECCA, ITS AGENTS, REPRESENTATIVES, CONTRACTORS, ASSIGNS, EMPLOYEES, OFFICERS, LICENSEES AND SUCCESSORS IN INTERESTS, I HEREBY ACCEPT AND AGREE AS FOLLOWS:

I AM FULLY AND COMPLETELY AWARE THAT TRAVEL CAN BE RISKY AND SPECIFICALLY THAT BY ANY STANDARD, AFRICA AS A TOURISM DESTINATION IS NOT A RISK FREE OR INCIDENT FREE ZONE. THERE ARE ALWAYS CERTAIN UNCONTROLLABLE AND UNPREDICTABLE RISKS AND CONCERNS, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

– THE HAZARDS OF TOURING BY BUS, AUTOMOBILE, VAN, FOUR WHEEL-DRIVE VEHICLES, BOATS, HOT AIR BALLOONS, AIR CHARTER OR SCHEDULED FLIGHTS, MICROLIGHTS, TRAVEL BY AIR, MOTORCYCLES, ON FOOT/WALKING, CANOE, BOAT, OTHER CONVEYANCE OR BY OTHER UNCONVENTIONAL MEANS.
– INJURY, ILLNESS, OR ACCIDENT IN REMOTE PLACES WITHOUT MEDICAL FACILITIES.
– RAPID, RANDOM, PREDICTABLE OR UNPREDICTABLE DANGERS OF ACTION AND INTENT BY WILD OR DOMESTIC ANIMALS INCLUDING INSECTS, TOXIC PLANTS IN ALL WATER BODIES, LAND OR AIR.
– FORCES OF NATURE OR CIVIL UNREST.

– EXTREME WEATHER CONDITIONS, PHYSICAL EXERTION FOR WHICH I MAY NOT BE PREPARED.
– EVACUATION DIFFICULTIES OR DELAYS, SHOULD I BE INJURED OR DISABLED.

I FULLY AND WITH MY OWN WILL UNDERSTAND, AGREE AND ACCEPT THE INHERENT RISKS OF THE PROPOSED TOUR ITINERARY AND ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THE ENJOYMENT OF TOURING BEYOND NORMAL SAFETY OF HOME AND WORK IS IN PART THE REASON FOR MY PARTICIPATION ON THIS ADVENTURE TOUR.
