Finding Your Tour
We have designed our travel web site in electronic brochure format to make it easier for you to find what you are looking for. Click on any of the African tour category tabs e.g. Safaris, Beach Vacations, Hotels & Cars etc. You can then click on the prices link, which is available under each tour cateogory. You may also click on 'View Prices' to for direct links to all our brochure programs and prices.
Selecting Your Tour
To read more about each tour, click on the link of the program offered. You will arrive at the tour itinerary page where you can add the tour to your travel cart by clicking on 'Book It', or 'Safari, Hotel or Beach Program Reservation' link to confirm the program directly. See below for more information depending on what option is available.
The tour result page may have the option of displaying more tour packages. To display other tour packages, you may click on 'More'.
Submitting And Tracking Your Reservation Using "Safari, Hotel or Beach Program Reservation" Option
Most safari and beach programs pricing page have the 'Safari, Hotel or Beach Program Reservation' Option where you can directly click on the link to proceed with 'Customer Registration, Program Confirmation & Payment Authorization' for your requested reservation. Fill in the form and click on 'Register and Confirm My Reservation' to finalize your reservation.
An AfricanMecca Tour Specialist will get back to you, normally in less than 24 hours, regarding your tour confirmation. If unavailable, you will be notified. Your reservation request number will be generated once your program is confirmed.
Submitting And Tracking Your Reservation Using "Book It" Option
If you would like to submit a reservation request, you can click on 'View My Travel Cart' at the top of the page, and then click on 'Request Reservation'. You will be prompted to either login (if you have already registered) or you can register as our new customer. Once logged in, you can verify your reservation for the last time, and then click on 'Request Reservation'. When you have completed your reservation request, a booking confirmation page will be generated with your reservation request number and booking information.
An AfricanMecca Tour Specialist will get back to you, normally in less than 24 hours, regarding your tour confirmation. If unavailable, you will be notified. Your reservation request number can be used to track your tour reservation status. You can check your tour status by clicking on 'My Trips' at the top of the page.
Viewing Your Tours Using "Book It" Option
You can view the tours in your travel cart, change number of persons/nights (quantity) or remove tour packages from your travel cart at any time by clicking on 'View My Travel Cart' at the top of the page.
