Amazing AfricanMecca Safari In Kenya At Governors Camp

It is my pleasure to provide AfricanMecca with feedback concerning my recent stay at Governors’ Camp and the service provided by AfricanMecca and your partner office in Kenya.
I couldn’t be more pleased with the attention and care I was shown throughout the planning process and once I was met at the airport in Nairobi. From the initial contact with AfricanMecca, you were always there – from helping me decide which location would best suit my desires, to the little things that had to be planned on, like what convertor I’d need. Your advice was perfect, your responses were quick, and my only regret is that I didn’t stay longer!
When I arrived in Kenya, I was just coming off a rather disappointing 8-day group tour through the Garden Route in South Africa and was feeling stressed from the let-down from my own arrangements. However, once I was greeted by your driver, I was able to sit back and relax because I knew there was someone at every turn to make sure I was informed, on time where I needed to be, and taken care of.
My extra luggage was safely stored while I was on the Mara, and Darleene gave me her cell number for emergencies. The level of service at Governors’ Camp was so high it was almost embarrassing to receive it (I was offered a hot water bottle my first night, which I declined). Every person I met during my transport to and from the camp and at the camp was gracious, informed, and professional. Our game driver, Dickson, was the best! Somehow he sensed where game was and I swear he could spot a lion or cheetah from miles away – we had three separate leopard sightings and countless lion sightings, including a kill I was able to capture on film.
My friends have called this the trip of a lifetime, but they’re wrong. It was just the first – I must return, not just to Kenya and Governors’, but to other countries on that amazing continent as soon as I can.
