Reservation Cancellation Information
How do I cancel my reservation or booking? You
can e-mail or fax us your cancellation request. Be sure to include your reservation or booking number, name, phone number and reason for cancellation.
Kindly refer to your formal confirmation for our email or fax contact
details. After sending us your email or fax cancellation request, phone
contact your destination planning professional who assisted you with
your reservation or booking to advise him/her of your cancellation
request.
What is your tour reservation and booking cancellation policy?* 1. If cancellation is made by the customer on or prior to sixty-five (65) days from the date of the customer's initial departure from the country of origin, customer shall be charged with a fee equivalent to forty (40%) percent of the price of the itinerary (as defined in the booking terms and conditions).
2. If cancellation is made by the customer between thirty-five (35) and sixty-four (64) days from the date of the customer's initial departure from the country of origin, customer shall be charged with a fee equivalent to eighty (80%) percent of the price of the itinerary (as defined in the booking terms and conditions) .
3. If cancellation is made by the customer within thirty-four (34) days prior to the date of customer's initial departure from the country of origin, customer shall be charged with a fee equivalent to one hundred (100%) percent of the cost of the itinerary (as defined in the booking terms and conditions).
