stayed in Voyager for one night, as we had just finished our 7 night Tanzinia safari. tents were very comfortable, surroundings were lovely. enjoyed a night safari drive, and saw hippos, zebras, elephants, even a bush baby!! staff were very friendly, and food was delicious. if we could we would like to visit again, only staying a longer time. |

The final night of our 8 day safari and what a way to end,another warm welcome to camping with a difference.Very comfortable and well equipped tent, with more than adequate bathroom facilities.
Unbelievable views across the lake to a distant Kilimanjaro where the sunset was unforgettable. The wild life is all around you as you are served first class cuisine by friendly helpful staff. |

We stayed at this camp for the last night of our safari last year. It was an amazing experience, in the evening we ate dinner by candle light next to the water, we have some fantastic pictures of the sun setting behind Mount Kilimanjaro. I would definitely recommend this camp to anyone. The whole experience was magical, staying in a tent meant that we could here the various animals outside so much more. |

Just came back from Kenya!!! What an experience. The camp is absolutely amazing!!! You can have a nice taste of adventure. Comfortable and people there are friendly and always at your disposal. Awesome... Crocodiles, hippos, monkeys and mongooses just right in front of you... Nature nature nature!!!! And during the night an animals lullaby... |

We visited Kenia Tanzania in July-August 2003 and we had a wonderfull time at Ziwani Camp. You feel in direct contact with nature and the surrounding is very peacefull like it has been untouched. We had a walking safari with a guide wich was very very nice and afterward a nice drink at the waterside.
And diner underneath the African sky with a campfire and a masai telling the history of the masai people was an experience we will never forget. And late in the evening watching the hippos come out of the water it was wonderfull!
Food and the service also excellent!
We surely would like to return some time maybe when our daughter who was born in 2004 is somewhat older!! |

The staff was pleasant and the food very adequate. The outdoor lighting was terrible at night, be sure to bring your own flashlight. The bathrooms were
okay, but barely warm water. |

My husband and I visited this camp In Feb 2006 and had the best time. The tents are extremely comfortable: I have stayed in hotels where the beds were less comfortable! The welcome after a very long and bumpy ride was great (cool flannel and a cold drink), the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable, the food good. Overall a brilliant experience.
Be warned, a 40km section of the road north of Mombasa is truly dreadful, but the Voyager experience is well worth the journey. |
