If I were to return to Kenya, I would spend my entire holiday at Sweetwaters. The tents are very comfortable and you have a more authentic experience than at the hotels in other areas. We visited in October, 2000. The meals were enjoyable, the food, plentiful and the experience with the animals as good as anywhere else we visited. |

sweetwaters ia an amazing place. I such a variety of wildlife. The local people couldn't do enough for you and welcomed you into their hotel to enjoy their facilities even when you weren't a guest there.
Maorni and Caroline and babies were great, I still can't believe I got up close and personal with a black rhino , what an experience.
The chimp sanctuary does a fantastic job, it was lovely to see rescued chimps in such natural surroudings.
The cultural manyatta was very interesting, its a shame our visit was cut short by the rain.
Truely enjoyable experience, I hope the changes to the park are going well. |
