When our son told us we would be sleeping under canvas we were a little apprehensive. We need not have been so concerned, the tents were clean,comfortable,and spacious. After a long day in the park spotting the wildlife we had a good meal followed by nightcaps then off to bed. We zipped ourselves in,pulled the inside window flap down but unfastened. What a treat!! Hippos. zebra and Hyena browsed around our tent during the night giving us a front seat, first class experiance. Would we go back? Yes and we had our 4 yr old grandson with us. Dont forget your long trousers and covered in shoes for night time, and enjoy. Would love to visit again sometime.Can Recommend this camp to familles too |

WE VISITED SEVERIN SAFARI CAMP, STAYED IN THE KIBO SUITE AND GOT MARRIED AT POACHERS LOOKOUT LAST OCTOBER 22ND 2007. IT WAS MAGICAL!!! WE HAD THE MOST AMAZING TIME AND WERE TREATED LIKE ROYALTY! THE STAFF WERE ACCOMODATING & FRIENDLY, THE WILDLIFE SPECTACULAR,FOOD WAS LOVELY AND MOST APPETISING AND THE ACCOMMODATION WAS AMAZING - WHAT A VIEW! WE WOULD RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE... AND FREQUENTLY DO! WE THINK ABOUT IT NEARLY EVERY DAY AND CANT WAIT TO VISIT AGAIN! |

We stayed there for 1 night May 2006 and it was the most "out of africa" experience we had the whole time we were there. Luxury tents,excellent & knowledgable staff and the thrill of being escorted to and from your tent after dark by masai guides in case of hippos which tend to come into camp to graze after dark. If could I would have spent the whole 2 week holiday there!Absolutley loved it will definitely go back some day. If you get the chance to go you will not be disappointed. |

we have just returned from safari holiday in kenya.
the camp was amazing..excellent food, accommodation,service. as it is unfenced we did have a lion nearby on the night we stayed.. slightly scary as it sounded pretty close to us!! but the experience will stay with us forever..would return without any hesitation |

What an amazing and unexpected privilege it was to spend time at Severin Safari Camp. We were there one night and would have loved to stay longer. It is exceptionally clean and well maintained. The food was wonderful and the staff so helpful and attentive. We had a wonderful breakfast looking out at Kilimanjaro, such a lovely view. The night before we had been able to sit and eat dinner whilst a hippo wallowed in the watering hole and eat it own meal. I would recommend this camp to everyone as we had such a lovely time there. |

We have just come back from Safari - and we spent one of our nights here under the stars. We really enjoyed our stay in their fabulous surroundings - the 'Tents' are really comfortable and the food is fantastic - the Camp is equipped with a lovely spa and pool too. I would definitely recommend this camp to those on a safari in the Tsavo National Park. Our driver Roona was a most helpful guide throughout and were fortunate enough to see lots of animals and the fantastic country. |
