This is the finest lodge I had the pleausure of staying at during my safari in Kenya. The people here are the nicest you can meet, and the scenery and everything about this lodge is amazingly beautiful. The lodge and the land around it are everything you could hope for, I definitely give this lodge the highest rating possible. Good food, good people, relaxing, and more. |

Very nice lodge in the middle of the park, guards walk all night passing your lodge because the hyena's can reach the lodges. At ten o'clock every evening the hyena's are fed and you're able to watch that from
the balcony. recommendation! |

We have been in Masai Mara Sopa Lodge for 1 week ago and stayed there 3 days.10-12/3.
It was so lovely place with very kindly people.Me and my friend enjoyed us very much.Very clean and modern lodge with what we needed.If I will come back sometime, then I will absolutly stay there again.Everything was so beautiful in the natur and many wild animals.I loved it so much. |

The logde was very good, though not too friendly for people travelling alone! The ballonig was... well , i was FORCED by the British "skippers" to move from one balloon I was already "boarded" into another one... because 4 people arrived (too)late: the sun was already up!!! I was travelling alone and i had to join a party full of "loony photographers" and LOUD people from a country i prefer NOT to mention and one of them, in the end, in the eargerness of taking pictures, broke my precious(= more than useful in Africa) sunglasses! I had paid around 400 USD for the ride! Champagne with ketchup for Bkfast! Gosh! |

I spent several nights at the Mara Sopa lodge and I loved it! Not only was the staff wonderful, the food was great and the atmosphere was amazing. I am hoping to return to Kenya someday and I will most certainly spend time at the Sopa Lodge!!!! |

i thought that the sopa lodge was fantastic. the people where really friendly, the whole experience was excellent. i also went on the hot air balloon ride which was an experience of a life time and would strongly recommend that anyone that goes to kenya should try out the hot air balloon the sites are breath taking. i would definately go again it was the best holiday ever. thank youxxxxxxxx |

A very beutiful lodge. Now I know what paradise looks like!
Just walking to the rooms was a pleasure. The paths were beutiful and there was a wonderful wiew and some cute monkeys in the beautiful garden. And all the staff was so friendly -I must have said "Jambo" a thousand times -always smileing.
The rooms were marvallous. The toilet was beautiful (and so was the rest of the room). The mosquito-net made me feel like a princess. All the huses were beautiful and the food was great too. And I liked when thay feeded the hyenas in the evening -it was interesting and fun to watch.
I didn't believe that such a beautiful place existed! |

The entire experience was most enjoyable and one that I will not soon forget. Hospitality, services and amenities at the Sopa lodge were oustanding. The trip was booked through Safari Makers out of Arusha. I highly recommend this company. Our safari guide/driver was very knowledgeable and went out of his way to ensure that our game drives were a memorable experience. |

I was very gratefull for the quality service that i was offered there by the staff.I especially commend Njuguna my waiter for his best services.I really enjoyed the african foods(african night) and i was glad to be once again in the country of my birth. I plan to bring all my friends from United states there in kenya and have a good time. A few years ago, I went on a missions trip to Kenya and our group got to stay at the Masai Mara Sopa Lodge. It was my favorite place on my trip! The scenery was beautiful and the employees were both friendly and helpful. The food was delicious as well. If I ever get the chance to visit Kenya again, I will definately stay at the sopa lodge! |

Stayed at the Mara Sopa Lodge this June. The lodge is Idyllic, Just beautiful and with friendly attentive staff. We absolutely loved it there and we are going back next year. You will not be dissappointed with it.. Just wish we were still there!!!! |
