One of my greatest staying experiences ANYWHERE this was classic Africa. My first morning I woke up and saw three giraffes walking by.

I thought this camp was amazing. The tents were very nice and decently spaced appart. Other than the game drive the balloon ride was spectacular. You see the sunrise high up in the air and see animals running underneith you. When you land the breakfast is right in the middle of the safari. The food... was amazing. In a tent you would think little things from cans and campfire foods... it was nothing like that. Three course meals with hot tea and coffee. Appetiser, main course, with a dessert at the end. After dinner, hanging around the campfire and talking to the natives was a good time. We also got to meet the others staying at the camp with us. A group of people from Canada (close to home which was neat) and a mother and her 10 year old son from Austrailia. It was fasinating talking to them and what they were doing next. Overall... my time there was definetly memorable. I will never forget the people I met there. Especially my driver. I was there with my mother and my grandmother and we talked to him alot, we even stayed in contact with him when we went home via e-mail and snail mail. Soon I hope to go back to Africa and even stay at Ilkeliani.
