Dear Raza,
You turned our dream into a reality. Our honeymoon and wedding in Kenya was so much more than we hoped for. We've never in our wildest dreams thought a vacation could be so perfect...and of course now we wonder if any vacation will meet our now higher expectations. Raza, we were spoiled.
After our long flight we were greeted by a comfortable air conditioned SUV and whisked away to the hotel where we met by the friendliest staff we've ever met. When we got to the hotel, it was around 1am, yet there was a cold cocktail and a hot dinner waiting for us. The next morning we woke up and enjoyed the amazing breakfast spread provided by the Leopard Beach Hotel. We spent the day relaxing by the pool and enjoying the luxe facilities at the hotel. That night we were in for a treat. The hotel had a bar-b-que that was outstanding, so many kinds of African food...and each dish we sampled was better than the next. There was a band and dancing. It turns out Leopard beach does a different theme night almost every night of the week. We couldn't get bored if we tried.
This leads me to talk about the staff of the hotel. It would be difficult to find a more professional, caring and friendly staff anywhere. We were always treated with respect and served with a smile. The staff was knowledgeable and eager to be of help. We were very pampered, and I have to say again, spoiled.
We were extremely pleased with our safari and Satao Camp. Again, we were welcomed with a high level of expertise. Our driver, Joseph, was knowledgeable and professional and worked hard to show us every animal he could. Satao Camp was more than we imagined. The food and lodging were impeccable. What a memorable experience.
The trip to Wasini Island was amazing. The boat trip and the scuba were great (even though the visibility was poor...still great) "English" Sally was fun to talk to and full of information. And, I love crab...so I was in THE RIGHT PLACE. The tour of the island and it's village was fascinating.
And the wedding! It was incredible. It was exactly how Stuart and I would wanted to get married...but never dreamed a wedding could be so perfect. The hotel handled all the arrangements beautifully. Everything was gorgeous, we wouldn't have changed one thing. The Masai were an unusual touch, and we enjoyed their presence. All of this gave us memories for a lifetime. We can't thank Leopard Beach enough for making this day the beyond perfect day it was supposed to be.
There was absolutely nothing to complain about.
Raza, everything was perfect and Stuart and I look forward to going back to Kenya as soon as we can...and of course we'll be calling YOU! Thank you for everything. Everyone made us both very happy. |

My wife and I have been to Haller Park twice and have enjoyed our visits very much .We loved meeting Owen & Mzee and feeding the Giraffes we are coming to Kenya again this year and will be making another visit to the park we will be introducing our family to the animals at the park this time . I would just like to thank you for a fantastic trip that was so perfectly organised.
From the moment we arrived in Mombasa there were transportation officers there to collect us. As as arranged and we were taken straight to the Travellers Beach hotel.
On the day of the Masai Mara safari, everything went so smoothly from the hotel pick to the airport, the flight to the Masai mara to being collected at the airstrip and taken to Siana Springs camp. These 4 days and 3 night were absolutely fantastic. I truly recommend the camping experience as the tent is practically like a hotel suite with hot shower, flushing toilets and comfortable bed. The 3 meals here were the best that we had in the whole 2 & half weeks. The chef was amazing! The guide was brilliant and we saw everything except leopard.
Overall, Great trip, and AfricanMecca were really organised and gave us all the information. Thanks for everything! |

The booking went well for Hilton. It was particularly helpful to have everything pre-paid before we went which did save a lot of time when checking out. Using AfricanMecca services also meant we got more for our money, i.e. breakfast included (if I booked direct then I would of had to pay extra for breakfast)

I wanted to let you my Earth Watch Kenya trip went very well. I was met at the airport by your representatives who were very friendly and helpful. The transportation to the hotel was uneventful. The hotel accommodations at Nyali Beach were very good and all my arrangements were as promised. The driver who picked me up from the hotel for the return trip to the airport was a little early (but that's always better than late) and the same transport personnel who had met me on arrival were there to see me off. I remembered who they were and they remembered me. They were most helpful seeing me to my gate and giving additional instruction.
All in all, I have been very pleased with your services and that of your affiliates.

Our recent holiday to Kenya was absolutely fabulous and we had an great time. Kenya is somewhere everyone should try to visit at least once in their lifetime.
The highlight of our holiday though was the Road Safari to Satao Camp in Tsavo East, which you recommended and organised on our behalf. We can't thank you enough!! Having been on a safari in Kenya before, this one turned out far better than we could have dreamed, in fact the whole experience from start to finish was amazing.
The drivers, guides, and in fact all the staff at Satao Camp made our trip to Satao unforgettable. Satao Camp is an experience in itself, with the water hole being only meters away from your tent it brings the animals right to your door step. What more can we say it was a experience never to forget, and we will be back for more.

I am very pleased to confirm that arrangements went very well - no problems with our collection and transport to safari lodges and the safaris were great - possibly the best we have ever done especially Satao Camp we are both really pleased with your recommendation for the extra nights to be sent there.
Sitting outside our tent and looking across to the waterhole was quite unbelievable and walking back to the tent after dinner amongst impala and a giraffe only a matter of feet away a truly wonderful experience.
We would both have no hesitation in recommending your services to anyone going to Kenya on Safari.

Just a note to let you know that we had a fantastic time on our hot air balloon ride over the Masai Mara at dawn and watching the sun rise was amazing. We saw a lot of animals including a pride of lions enjoying their breakfast after having just made a kill. We also enjoyed our bush breakfast with free flowing champagne. I would definitely recommend this chance in a lifetime experience.

Hey, I've learned some of the language of beautiful Kenya. As for my feedback from my trip, well, I'll try and keep it as short as possible. I had the best holiday of my life! I've travelled fairly extensively, usually as an independent traveller yet this time when I used the services of AfricanMecca, I actually got everything I wanted and a whole lot more. I had high expectations of this holiday, you not only met them, you exceeded them and that level of quality service is so rare. I'm sure you remember that I told you all the places in Kenya I was interested in going and the wildlife I was most interested in seeing along with wanting to stay in great places.
Your advice of where to go, and why, was outstandingly accurate and your
choices excellent. The Mara Serena, Amboseli Serena and Samburu Serena
Lodges were fabulous. All the staff from Managers, who greeted me by name, to the barman who put my drink on the bar as I approached made me feel like royalty. The Game Drivers were so generous with their knowledge that I felt like I was in the Discovery Channel. I saw on numerous occasions the wildlife I was most interested in mainly the big cats and the elephants. Then in Samburu the best of all Leopards. The Balloon trip you arranged for me over the Mara was a highlight and I would urge everyone who visits to add this to their itinerary, it did seem expensive when I booked it, but now I feel it was worth every penny for an experience that will stay in my memory for ever. After all, how could you travel all that way and not have a Balloon Adventure?
I can't thank you and your team enough, the fact that I was looked after to such a degree has made me positive that I will return to Kenya probably in the next few years and I look forward to talking to you again at that time.
The level of service afforded to me over my holiday was outstanding and a mere thank you seems a little feeble for such a memorable and fantastic time. Altaf, I wish you so much success with your great company, thanks again or more appropriately Asante. |

I have returned from the trip to Kenya you arranged. It went quite well and all of your advice about hotels etc was correct and prevented me from doing things less than optimal. I really enjoyed Lamu; it is one of the best beaches I have seen and in fact we plan to return there. I met my friends who were on another type trip arranged by another company which was a bit too controlled for me so I was gald we could arrange a looser itenerary.

Rohrer's Mahale Mountains Chimpanzee Viewing Experience With AfricanMecca in Tanzania
Congratulations, the organisation by AfricanMecca was perfect.
As you obviously were aware, Precision Air forced us to leave Mombasa Serena Beach one day earlier and your organizations handled the problem with ease.
As to Mahale we spent 4 memorable days in that beautiful scenery, with plenty of Chimp viewing, a lovable crew and good food. A pity that the selection of red wines and the lack of tonic water somewhat hindered us to enjoy the sundowners.

I am very satisfied with kindness of the people and really nice place where I stayed, I enjoyed the safari with 4X4 Vehicles more than the ones I did with the minibus the days before. I enjoyed the David Livingstone Safari Resort. The People there are very kind. I can't complain about anything. It was wonderful to have lunch while a crocodile was just in front of me taking its sunbath, or the hippos that gathered all together just one meter from where I was drinking my beer. Michela's Pemba Diving Experience With AfricanMecca

Back to work since 2 weeks already. Jason and I had really very good
time in Tanzania. We loved the country and the great experience we had.
Everything worked out very well with our stay there. We did enjoy the
Manta Reef Lodge in Pemba. People were very friendly, food very good with lots of variety lunch & dinner. Diving was well organized, professional people and good infrastructure.
The coral barrier is one of the most colourful I have seen so far.
Although it was the Manta season, unfortunately we have not been like to see them people left the week before had seen lots of them....good
reason to go back!!
We didn't meet any kind of inconvenience with the planning you arranged for us and the information provided.

A Birthday Surprise On Safari With AfricanMecca In Kenya

Just like to thank everybody at AfricanMecca and Tsavo East for a truly memorable experience. It more than lived up to our expectations, we had a wonderful day which we will never forget. I would have no hesitation in recommending yourselves to anybody thinking of visiting Kenya. Our guide for the day was excellent, as well as had fantastic eyesight; he was so knowledgable and was able to answer all our questions.
The people at Tsavo were also wonderful and made a lovely cake for my husband which was a complete surprise to him, he never even cottoned on when they started decorating the table thinking they were preparing for the next party. All in all we had a fantastic holiday and were sorry to leave, but we will be back next year and will be doing one of the longer safari's you offer.

A Celebration At The Carnivore Restaurant In Kenya With AfricanMecca
Hakuna Matata for us at your Carnivore restaurant. It was a great beginning for our 3 weeks of visiting in Kenya, Tanzania and Zanzibar. We had your restaurant recommended to us by friends who were there in the fall, and we were happy to make arrangements before we left Canada to go to dinner our first night there. Another couple, who we had met on a previous trip to Australia were with us on this trip and the four of us had a great reunion on the first night of our trip. I have attached a few photos of us enjoying ourselves. The staff were very understanding and friendly, and anxious for us to have an enjoyable experience. A couple of the pictures are of my wife having certain Swahili sayings described to her that we could use to great advantage for the next 3 weeks. Thanks for your help.

We returned from our trip to Kenya last Tuesday and I wanted to let you know what a fabulous holiday we had. I considered the arrangements made on our behalf by yourself to be excellent. The flight with Monarch went exactly as to plan. Particularly though were the arrangements for our safari to Masai Mara. The air taxi was very prompt both ways, even from the sandy airstrip in the heart of the Mara. Our guide, Joseph, was very friendly and knowledgeable and indeed looked after us very well. The Siana Springs tented camp accommodation was super. I and my children thoroughly enjoyed staying at the Bamburi Beach Hotel and we were actually sad to leave. An excellent holiday. I congratulate you and your company Altaf. Should we visit Africa again I will certainly contact you. And I shall be only to happy to recommend your services. Thank you.

Amboseli Porini & Governors' Camp Experience With AfricanMecca
Jambo Raza,
I'm sending you the photos from our stay at Porini Camp and Governor's Camp. We were extremely fortunate to be the only guests at Porini Camp.
This lead to an experience I don't believe many people have. The dark photos around the campfire are of my girlfriend and I dancing to Reggae music (we brought an iPod) with the Maasai who worked at the camp. We'll never forget it.
Governor's camp is probably one of the most well known camps, and once we got over the shock of the size and the regimented schedule, we really enjoyed it. The advantage to Governor's is that the animals are used to vehicles so you can get very close.
Raza, you chose two very different camps for us and they provided the perfect perspective of animals in the wild. Both had wonderful accomodations and were exactly what we were looking for. It was a pleasure working with you in the US and working with the local staff in Kenya. This was an unforgettable experience in every way.

We had a really lovely holiday at the Travellers Inn Hotel. Our rooms were very spacious and beautifully air conditioned, with a large balcony overlooking the pool area. I was especially pleased with the ample storage (hanging area and drawer space), which was very well provided for. On past holidays, drawer space has always been sadly lacking. The whole hotel was light and airy, clean and well maintained. The garden areas were absolutely beautiful. We loved the restaurants with so much choice for every course, and the waiters were absolutely charming and so accommodating.
Thank you for all your assistance and making our holiday a wonderful experience. There were no hitches and everything ran perfectly smoothly. We would definitely use your services again and would not hesitate to recommend you to anyone.

We were very happy with the arrangements you made for us in our March/06 trip to Kenya. Everything went off without a hitch - a driver picked us up from the Holiday Inn, Kenya on time and at the end of our short flight from Nairobi to the Masai Mara another driver was there waiting for us. He took us to the Mara Sopa Lodge and along the route we saw lots of African animals and many more on game drives over the next two days. As it was the beginning of the rainy season everything looked nice and green.
As far as the accommodation was concerned - we were very happy with the
Holiday Inn Nairobi with its gorgeous grounds, good restaurants and attentive service, likewise the Mara Sopa Lodge with its beautifully dressed Masai girls in reception who acted like real hostesses and mingled with the guests in the evenings. The Neptune Beach Resort at Mombasa was a choice we made and for the price it was fine but I think if we went again we would upgrade to something better like the Serena. However, the service there was friendly and its situation on the ocean was lovely (what warm sea!).
So thank you Altaf for booking it all for us and leaving no stone unturned. The papers you furnished us with were very detailed and we must also commend your Kenya office in Nairobi for their care and professionalism.
We would not hesitate to make our arrangements through AfricanMecca in the future. I have attached a few photos.

Well where can i start, what an outstanding service we have received and what a memorable experience we have had.
The service was 5 star plus and could not have asked or wanted for more, we would and have recommended your company and the safari destination to everyone we have spoke to since our return and we will be using you again in a couple of years when we go back to kenya.
It was so easy to set up the safari trip through yourselves independently and was 150% better that using a normal run of the mill tour operator; the saying is as easy as 1, 2, 3....
We wanted to change the suggested tour by adding a day and the response and help from yourself was outstanding and quick.
You could tell that resort/camp was not used by tour operators i.e First Choice etc as the service was first class and the accommodation was out of this world, the staff at Tsavo could not do enough for you and if you required anything all you had to do was ask.
Once again I would like to thank you for a most memorable experience.
