Jambo Altaf, Hey, I've learned some of the language of beautiful Kenya. As for my feedback from my trip, well, I'll try and keep it as short as possible. I had the best holiday of my life! I've travelled fairly extensively, usually as an independent traveller yet this time when I used the services of AfricanMecca, I actually got everything I wanted and a whole lot more. I had high expectations of this holiday, you not only met them, you exceeded them and that level of quality service is so rare. I'm sure you remember that I told you all the places in Kenya I was interested in going and the wildlife I was most interested in seeing along with wanting to stay in great places. Your advice of where to go, and why, was outstandingly accurate and your choices excellent. The Mara Serena, Amboseli Serena and Samburu Serena Lodges were fabulous. All the staff from Managers, who greeted me by name, to the barman who put my drink on the bar as I approached made me feel like royalty. The Game Drivers were so generous with their knowledge that I felt like I was in the Discovery Channel. I saw on numerous occasions the wildlife I was most interested in mainly the big cats and the elephants. Then in Samburu the best of all Leopards. The Balloon trip you arranged for me over the Mara was a highlight and I would urge everyone who visits to add this to their itinerary, it did seem expensive when I booked it, but now I feel it was worth every penny for an experience that will stay in my memory for ever. After all, how could you travel all that way and not have a Balloon Adventure? I can't thank you and your team enough, the fact that I was looked after to such a degree has made me positive that I will return to Kenya probably in the next few years and I look forward to talking to you again at that time. The level of service afforded to me over my holiday was outstanding and a mere thank you seems a little feeble for such a memorable and fantastic time.
