Sample Customized Conference Program Held At Safari Park Hotel in Kenya For 2 Days
Professional Services:
• Conference room (for approximately 120 - 180 people either classroom or theatre style). • Pre-function/Networking Area for:
Buffet breakfast Registration Refreshment breaks, Buffet lunch or pre-lunch drinks.
• Pre-function/Networking Area can be located immediately outside or as close as possible to the conference room large enough for 4 exhibition stands (each stand is approx 3 x 2 meters). • Lunch room which is separate to the above for approximately 120 - 180 people for a silver service sit down lunch for the first day. • VIP lounge for approximately 20 persons close to the conference room for a day and a half. Press lounge for approximately 10 persons close to the conference room for a day and a half.
Catering:
• Buffet breakfast on each day. • 3 tea/coffee breaks on the first day, 2 on the second including breakfast. • Sit-down 3 course lunch for 120 -180 people on the first day only or standing fork buffet lunch. • If having a sit down dinner with pre-lunch drinks and full international bar (no premium brands) on the first day only. • Two hour evening cocktail reception for approximately 120 - 180 persons with a full international bar plus hot/cold canapés for the first night of the conference. • A gala, three-course evening dinner for the conference delegation or a selection of the delegation in the ballroom.
Sample Customized Incentive Program Held At Club Sun N Sand, Mombasa Kenya
Upon arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport in Nairobi, guests will be assisted with transfer and departure service by our Nairobi office staff for their flight to Mombasa, Kenya.
Upon arrival in Mombasa, your clients will be met, greeted and transferred with our 46 seater buses to Sun N Sand Beach Club on the North Coast of Kenya in Kikambala. Sun N Sand has a 300 capacity Auditorium and 100 U shaped conference facilities, which can fit either the 80 or 120 person number.
Upon arrival at Sun N Sand, Delegates Receive:
• Cold towel on arrival to refresh themselves. • One non-alcoholic drink. • Traditional dancers will welcome them. • Fruits and flowers in every room they will be staying in. • One bottle of wine in every room on arrival.
Conference Facilities Include:
• Modern Audio-Visual equipment. • Stationary. • Morning coffee breaks, juices, water and sweets • Flip charts, directional signs and microphones.
Catering:
Full board with drinks that include purified water, beer, cocktails, wines, spirits, soft drinks, and spirits. Clients will not pay for anything more.
Excursions:
Apart from providing complementary activities at Sun N Sand like Water polo, Soccer, Basketbal, Chess, Bowling, Mini Golf, Eight ball pool table at no charge, clients will have the following programs arranged for them.
Day Two: Nature Trail and Bush Tour
We will take a nature trail tour, spending time with wildlife and learning about promotion of eco-tourism and development of habitats where human and wildlife can live complementing each other.
Day Three: Mombasa Cultural Tour
We will visit Mombasa town spending time at the Fort Jesus, built by the Portuguese, visit the Mombasa Town fruit market, where you will witness traditional bartering methods mixed with modern day commerce, ending with the tour of the town.
Day Four: Mamba Village Tour Today, we will depart Sun and Sand at approximately 3.30 p.m., and drive to Mamba village in time for the crocodile feeding time. Spend time learning how crocodiles are reared at the sanctuary with a video and watching the crocodiles in action. You will have the opportunity to one of the largest crocodiles - Big Daddy - in Kenya at the sanctuary.
Departure Dinner: On the night before departure, clients will have a special Lobster Dinner Gala prepared, and will be entertained by a live band.
Day Of Departure We will bide farewell to clients and entertain clients to a one-hour cocktail reception.
