AfricanMecca Meeting, Incentives, Conferences & Exhibitions Consultation Services

Upon request for an arrangement of a Meeting, Incentives, Conferences and Exhibitions in Kenya and Tanzania, AfricanMecca will request and/or provide the following services to clients:
• Require non-refundable US $50.00 service fee for consultation and preplanning assistance.
• Assignment of dedicated AfricanMecca personnel to assist client with pre-planning.
• Require a complete proposal of the requested services.
• Provide quotes for accommodation, breakout sessions, meeting rooms, catering and assistance on the related programs.
• Follow-up with the related organizations on the ground.
Upon confirmation of a proposed arrangement of Meeting, Incentives, Conferences and Exhibitions in Kenya and Tanzania, AfricanMecca will require and/or provide the following service to clients:
• Client will need to commit to the agreed program in writing.
• Provide a deposit according to the organization's payment policies.
• Upon receipt of the deposit, AfricanMecca will assign full time personnel to handle the complete ground arrangement including all preplanning requests.
• Respond to client with a formal confirmation of all confirmed services in writing.
• Meet delegates, organize and coordinate events on the ground during the stated period.
